A fun, low-commitment introduction to wrestling! This program focuses on basic wrestling skills, tumbling, body control, and movement — all taught through age-appropriate games and activities.

What to Wear
Athletic wear or clothing they are comfortable exercising and moving around in.
What to Bring
Water bottle
Wrestling shoes or clean tennis shoes (not worn outside)
