Intro to Wrestling: Free Camp
Coaches will be introducing some fundamental wrestling skills and kids will play some games to work on footwork and agility.
This is a great way to get a feel for what a wrestling practice looks and feels like!
Registration is required!
Ages
Pre-K - 2nd graders: 6:00-7:00pm
3rd - 6th graders: 7:00-8:00pm
When
2 days in Late October, before wrestling season begins.
What to Wear
Athletic wear or clothing they are comfortable exercising and moving around in.
What to Bring
- Water bottle
- Wrestling shoes or clean tennis shoes (not worn outside)
